A red haired eladrin with burn scars that have seem to have licked the left side of her neck and perhaps more, perhaps leading to missing half her left arm arm, just above the elbow.  She utilizes a clockwork attachment as a semi-functional facsimile of a forearm and hand.  When emotions are roused, a golden glow would trace would over the ridges of the burnt flesh like a sign of divinity or cruel reminder.
