Alex:
Big innocent eyes and snow white hair, styled in a bob-cut, gives this androgynous fellow a soft and kind look of well mannered boy. Hardly a part of any band or a lawless organisation.
However odd as it may seem, he is a former member of a undercity criminal cartel. Although the term "member" might be a bit far-fetched, as his role was never to rob, steal or murder. He was used as a tool of different kind. Or rather, his ears were of great value to criminal lords.
Those fluffy snow white locators atop of his head look truly gigantic. The bat-like ears seems sensetive to the quietest sounds.. and more. His kind seems to possess a unique ability to "hear" thoughts, and while it isn't directly tied to his exceptional hearing, it is tied to the part of his body, namely - his ears.
An alive lie detector, a person who can get information even from the most stoic of people, he was, and is, invaluable. Rarely admitted to him, as he was living a life of a runt, despite his handy abilities. Which resulted in him being shy, reserved, yet quite knowledgable about all criminal activities and depravities of the undercity world.

Appearance (in progress): Androgynous, slightly effeminate albino bat-hybrid. He has snow white hair and light purple eyes that appears to be very sensetive to the light. And, of course, atop of his head sprouting a pair of huge, bat like ears, covered in fuzzy layer of white fur.

Special ability: "Hearing thoughts"

He can "hear" other's thoughts. While the ability is quite metagamic in itself, it has a lot of counter balancing drawbacks.
He cannot hear thoughts in a crowded area, too much for him to pick on, so, it is all noise he would have hard time distingushing.
Alex cannot stop "hearing", however he can try to ignore if it gets too crowdy. Yet the least people are in the room the more clear he can "hear" their thoughts. It can be used against him however, as he won't be able to fully ignore somebody "pushing" their thoughts on him.
This ability does not allow him to see what a person imagines, only some "inner monologue" that sounds in one's head.

Still, I realize that not everybody will play along, so it will work only if players decide to go along with it and send PM with what they think Alex might "hear" from them. I won't push it on anybody.
