A slender, angular woman of yellowish cast and striking features.  Not an elf, surely, but something similar?  

Moves with calm, unflustered grace, never blinks, and never raises her voice above something just above a whisper.  

If you have any reason to know of such things, Sera is a githyanki.  If not, she's possibly a -very- odd looking elf but it's hard to say for sure.
