At first glance she seems to be some kind of elf.  When you get closer, you note she's too tall and solid.  Her skin has a green tinge, though not the green of new leaves, but the drab olive of decay.  

Yes, she must be a half-orc.  

Race aside, she may be considered pretty if she was human.  Not beautiful as an elf is, but pretty.  She inherited much from her elven mother, at least outwardly.  

She's close to 6' tall, weighs 160lbs, blue eyes set in a face framed with black hair..
