Veretta looked to be rather typical of the aristocratic and noble class of society, bearing well cared for golden locks upon her head and often donning finely tailored dresses made of expensive silks accompanied with a corset to accentuate her feminine features.

If one had the pleasure (or displeasure in many cases) of speaking with her, they'd find that she's a textbook example of how a noble behaves. Rather pretentious and full of herself, considering herself to be above the average individual for the simple merit of being born into a privileged life of a noble.
