She is the devil you don't.

Update:  She now sports a runic symbol on her back, down by her left hip.  Purple in color, and outlined in black, all written in Infernal.

A small woman who can take up a lot of space, Pescria is a devil in her own right.  She is a small statured woman with a care-free attitude (perhaps too care-free).  She bears a runic symbol on her cheek, and her hair always looks as if some grand idea was left unfinished.  Both arms were covered from wrist to shoulder in lavish flames, lapping their way along her skin, seemingly a touch brighter when she was practicing the arcane.  

Fluid movements and graceful body language are key to this somewhat self-absorbed woman's entire schtick.

Lights will come and go as she develops, but I am open to just about anything that doesn't involve bathrooms, mutilation, or eating body parts.
