Greeting his surroundings with a playful grin as his eyes flit about curiously, Ludeca carries himself with an air of whimsy.

At a glance the man is obviously not wholly human. His eyes radiate with a strange eldritch energy that seems to ebb in intensity with the erratic motions of his long emerald tail. Despite its ethereal appearance, the strange appendage seems to have no trouble interacting with physical objects and can frequently be seen fetching various odds and ends from the man's pockets.
