- She's discarded her old wardrobe, in favor of far more revealing, more scandalous attire. She's decided that she wants to be everyone's proverbial "slutty goth girlfriend" and more than dresses the part. Her outfits are not only outlandish but are, quite intentionally, incredibly slutty as well. Dark tones, overly thick makeup, spikes, leather, and tight tops make up her usual repertoire. One might worry that she would act gloomy and negative, but apparently it's all in good fun; her demeanor remains affable and cheerful!

- Chancing to meet a powerful alchemist  one night in a club, Lilith has had her figure permanently altered. Her hips are greatly exaggerated and graced with a plump 'bubble butt' to go with longer and more shapely legs. A diamond-shaped gap dwells betwixt them, and Lily's crushingly tight pants and shorts generally insure that a blatant camel's toe is on prominent display.

- By this same alchemist, Lily's insides were also altered. Her sex has been made narrower but also unnaturally elastic, allowing it to take hours of punishment without losing its cock-crushing tightness. She takes full advantage of her newfound endurance too, occasionally even spending a relaxing evening in the Trap's glory hole, serving all comers without a thought toward the risk.

- With magical assistance Lily's become permanently taller. As the rest of her features were unaffected, this has very significantly altered Lily's overall proportions to be more 'willowy'.

In spite of their hugely life-altering inconvenience, Lilith appears to revel in flaunting her new 'girls'. Tight tops and a habit of smashing or bumping them up against things usually guarantees that even if Lily isn't thinking about them, someone else probably is.

- As if her enormous boobs weren't already too much, Lily's undergone an operation to remove a few lower ribs and to have her waist significantly pinched inward. Coupling this with extreme corset-training, she has begun to sport a true wasp waist! Even though her heart-shaped rump is wide and prominent and her breasts are so exaggerated that much of them can even be seen when viewed from behind, Lily's waist is now so narrow that most human men could almost clasp a pair of hands around that diminutive midriff.

- Lilith has branched into much more dangerous venues. Spending weeks in a painful series of hormonal treatments and advanced gene-therapies at Ukari Station, Lily's pheromone production has been monstrously enhanced! Even though she's a tidy and well-groomed person, Lily now exudes an aura of fertility at least ten times stronger than is natural. For some, just being around her is enough to cause a nagging urge to rut her at any cost! This is probably not the safest thing in a place like Sinfar, but so far Lily has derived a devious enjoyment from the way some men cannot stop staring at her - even while their wives or girlfriends are present! Worse, those pheromones get even more powerful as she gets excited, burrowing their way deep into her partner's subconscious on a primal, chemical level.
