Perhaps one of the more seedy individuals residing within The Rookery, Izrael was known for shady dealings.  She'd inherited the small, run down pawn shop from her late husband following his rather abrupt, but "unfortunate", demise.  It was said that she dealt in all manner of "wares" including simple, but useful garments, poisons and strange tonics, and even human flesh.  If she didn't possess that which one of her customers was seeking, she'd find a way to get her hands on it.

Piercing green eyes were accentuated by hints of smokey makeup and long, curly eyelashes.  Her hair was raven black and could be described as a mane of wild tendrils.  Wisps framed her face and a few braids, and even a handful of dreadlocks, could be found amongst waves and curls.  A countenance marred by various scars, a few piercings and a constant look of mild irritation made her practically unapproachable to those of a more timid nature.  

She wore clothing of high quality and selected dark colors which contrasted with the shade of her skin.  Although her garments were cut in a way as to accentuate her natural hourglass shape, they were hardly lacking in utility, and she always had a plethora of pockets, bags, pouches and belts on her person to aid her in carting around whatever goods she felt like peddling on any given day.

Portions of her upper body had been turned into something of a fleshy canvas, decorated by various tattoos of black, white and crimson coloring.  Assorted floral pieces, a few artistically designed skulls and slew of lewdly depicted women made her skin a piece of artwork to gaze upon.
