Ulga Thraka was a titan of an orc woman from the deep dark underdark,

Currently she is a local Sinifar Slums Thug, shaking people down for money and the like.
(If Ulga is in the Slums she will try and extort you for money if she sees you. She can be bribed with sex though.)


Ulga Thraka was born to a tribe deep in the underdark, her tribe lived off trading and raiding which often could look the same depending on how excited the orcs were. They followed the wild rothe herds as well as the cloakers that would feed on them no different from their northern brothers and sisters they occasionally mated with. She was not chief and her mother wise enough to know that her daughter would certainly lead them decided it was best the massive women left for a time to wander the underdark and now the surface!
