Inquisitor Vect is to make commands regarding the state of the threat, and the corruption level of the planet and populous should the taint of the entity be spread.

Debrief- Vects and his team were destroyed in a conflict with Chaotic forces. Rituals from dark forces opened rifts and demonic forces sprang forth overwhelming PDF. Not al the team was accounted for, presumed lost in the chaos. First hand account saw Sister Marah Rayer brave one of the portals to chase the entity in question.
