A brief overview:

Zy' has a towering silhouette of a powerfully muscled woman. Not only the sheer size and the heavy muscles tell tales of her fiendish origin.
There is also a set of large horns growing out of her wild, jetblack mane, a long thick tail with a spaded end and those strong, inverted legs with heavy hoves instead of feet. Sure this isn't enough of oddities for a creature of the lower planes.
To keep up the feminine shape, despite of the muscled frame, Zy's body grew a sheer massive pair of heavy and almost perfectly spheric, gravity defying breasts. To round this up, the in comparison small waist with its hard abs blend into a some surprisingly wide hips. Both things combined create something that could best be described as a mix of a dangerousy brutish looking and oversexualized hourglass-shape.
Probably as a perverse cherry on top, a huge piece of veiny, equine shaped cock, completely with balls to match it's scary size, grows out between her strong thighs.
Zy' doesn't seem to bother with cloth or much equipment at all. Her only possessions seem to consist of some sort of metal visor and an armored collar and sleeve which are linked to a giant razorclaw-glove. All of these seem to be somehow merged onto her body and are irremovable.
