The teltale signs of conflict mark this man's visage, a certain coarseness portrayed by the ruddy-green, scared flesh.  If the hue of his skin weren't hint enough, the upturned teeth tapering out from closed lips signal the man's orcish heritage. The exact amount hard to gauge, perhaps a half-blood. More likely a quarter-blood.
