This specimen appears to be yet another degenerate member of the ratfolk race. Each of his dumb, beady peepers darts in a different direction, giving off a dead, soulless stare - the kind that cannot be reasoned with. His elongated rat-snout is often jittering as the creature clicks and grits its teeth together almost all the time. He greedily huffs and puffs with every scampering step he takes, making weird, upsetting noises ever so often. Every other word he blurts out randomly doesn't even appear to be an actual word, suggesting the thing isn't right in the noggin.
The rodent's fur varies between matted and bristled and his clothing is that of a slum urchin. The only noteworthy item he carries is a crude bow with a rickety quiver to boot.
Whenever he is not mouth-breathing, his nose twitches in search of his next appetite.
