This is an ogre mage; a more intelligent and dangerous variety of its mundane cousin. Sometimes, such creatures are referred to as oni to distinguish them from their next of kin.

This male stands about 10 feet tall and weighs about 700 pounds. His skin is a dreary blue, as though choked off from a healthy hue, and his hair is black. He favors loose, comfortable clothing when not armored for war, and cares little for the modesties of other races. He most often allows his swollen, misshapen phallus and gonads, the sizer of a human's at least ten times over, to hang free unobscured. The oversized member is often fully erect, perhaps a result of the runic tattoos that encircle its base and shaft.

Sometimes, the monster's bulging crotch carries the sort of scents you might expect from an ogre mage, filled with musk and exotic pheromones that cloud the mind of lesser species (dependent on player lights). Other times, it's as if he was just freshly bathed in enchanted rose-oils by a harem of captive elves (he probably was).

Whether speaking in the superior tongue of giants or the common tongues of smaller folk, Omcruthort is imperious and commanding. Though cruel in spirit, he is also a skilled enchanter and charlatan, able and willing to convince others that their own best interests align with his own.
