Despite the yellowish glint of her eye, and the mouth full of disturbingly sharp teeth, it might still be possible for some to consider Grasha to be attractive - or, at the very least, "cute". Her figure is that of a fit and healthy young woman that has been reduced in scale - with a toned physique, and breasts that seem almost too large for her small frame. Her facial features, too, are obviously goblinoid, with eyes that might seem a little too large for her face when compared to other races and a broad and squat nose that clearly looks like it as been broken more than once. But, her features are not entirely unappealing for anyone willing to look past that.

Through access the a variety of alchemical concoctions, Grasha has gained the ability to alter herself in various ways. So, while the little goblin was born female, it is not at all uncommon to catch sight of a disproportionately large bulge straining at the crotch of her pants.
