A strange, ugly looking fellow wearing even stranger, uglier clothes. Most would gander that he had lost a bet to be forced into wearing such an awful, gawdy attire, but nope, he simply liked dressing like a drunken imbecile. His face was extremely punch-able, too, with a conveniently flattened nose, sunken in eyes and charming underbite.


Setting off fireworks in doors, smoking drugs in churches and banks, using excavation equipment in libraries to, 'dig up treasure hidden by the deep state', conspiracy theories, superstition, spreading rumors, contracting the construction of dams at critical waterways, getting people to invest in shady enterprises, grooming people to be members of cults, procuring shipments of bulk goods to ports that don't need them, at all.
