Bookish looking for a male drow, Mal'a'sar clearly spends more time in pursuit of study than he does physical training.  Minor magics almost seem to follow him around, tugging at his clothing and tussling his hair as if a gentle zephyr constantly carresses him.  Perhaps they speak to him as well, since he frequently tilts his head as if straining to hear a softly whispered voice.  Who can ever really tell with mages?
