The Lady Thyra Courtain, of the noble house of Courtain, serves as a minor baroness of the Kingdom of her origin. A stranger to the lands of Sinfar, it is unclear how she managed to find herself upon the shores of the strange, licidinous land. Blonde, and of average height, her ladyship is striking to behold, and can usually be found wearing her armor and colors. What is immediately noticeable of the paladin, is her distinctly revealing armor, which, while made of interlocking plates and chainmail, leaves her breasts only just barely covered by the protective metal links of her armor.

This, she professes, is to lure her chosen quarry from hiding. For, in her own words, it is her sworn duty, her sacred quest, to rid the lands of the filth of the fiend, and the heretic. To this end, Lady Thyra has been granted a sacred sword of her order, the Arondite, its sacred mithral blade glimmering of dawns light, regardless of the time of day, or where it happens to be located. This blade is said to be the bane of fiends, its finely honed edge finding it all too easy to cleave through a fiend's hide, muscle, and bone alike.

As for Lady Thyra herself, she is a daring woman, courageous to a fault, and confident in her action. While Lady Thyra brooks no quarter from her enemies, she also carries herself with honor and dignity, preferring to face them directly, on equal grounds. With that said, her confidence and magnetic charm tend to leave her cocky, tending not to look to others for aid. Leaving others often to wonder what exactly her goals actually are.

Sigil of Abnegation:: As per her rights of taking up the knighthood and her sworn duties as a paladin, Lady Thyra was marked with a sigil upon her navel. This sigil, considered a holy blessing, is the 'Right of Abnegation". This sigil, blesses Lady Thyra with purity, as such, she cannot be impregnated, by any means.

Holy Sword Arondite:: The Holy sword Arondite is a relic weapon, passed down through the Order of the Rose from holy Champion to Holy Champion. This sword shares the will of its bearer, and so long as they have breath to call its name, the Holy sword will not fail to come to them. As a blade made to destroy fiends, its surface glows as daylight, and burns corruption at its source. Fiends and undead cannot touch the blade, without suffering harm.
