What once was a grand champion of chaos has been reduced to this gibbering mass of flesh and bone, a body so mutated and corrupted by the powers of Chaos it's hard to tell what exactly the man behind the mutation was. Limbs protrude from every angle, twisted and malformed, and tentacles sprout from this creature eager to seek out any prey to feed the gaping maw that is Rel'kor's name sake.
