Amora is a very affectionate tomboy. She's always eager to enjoy others' company. She asks to give others hugs and almost always accepts another's touch.


Profession: Illusionist, Scholar, Entertainer


Race: Composite Humanoid Ooze


Apparent Age: mid 30's


Appearance: her skin is light gray. Her features could easily be mistaken for a marble statue. Both her hair and eye color are dark violet.


Height: Approximately 7 feet / 2 meters.


Weight: 210 pounds / 95.25 kilograms


Scent: She carries a scent of both vanilla and lavender. Those who identify as women smell vanilla. Those who identify as men smell lavender: those who are somewhere between smell either or both. I leave that choice to the player character to decide.


A purple crystal rose sits in her hair over her left ear. It is a gift from Arytiss Whispermane.

Roleplay Information

An old adage - "If you think it's impossible, it happens in the Lowerdark."


What Amora does not know nor understand is that she is a Shadowcaster. (3.5 Tome of Magic) She is a magic user with a robust connection to the Plane of Shadow. As a result, when casting spells, her shadow seems to behave out of sync with her own body.


As a Composite Humanoid Ooze, Amora is "heavy" in terms of density. Yet, paradoxically, she remains unusually pliable and flexible. As her friend, Arytiss, once said, "think of her as a giant plushie."


Because of this strange physiology, she is immune to stun attacks, holds, paralyzation, and critical hits and has innate damage reduction.


Perhaps her most unique talent is that Amora can "absorb" additional mass, even individuals. This pocket dimension is a safe womb-like shelter with the consistency of thick syrup. She does her best to protect her "guest." Amora can satisfy the biological needs of the occupants by consuming additional food.

As an ooze, Kinraysapa is an extreme omnivore. However, she is a pragmatic pacifist who prefers vegetables, fungus, and properly prepared meals. She will not consume a sentient being unless it is an absolute last resort.


Amora's Story as She Knows It

- 2481 DR - Ilphemon, an Imaskari lord, founded the hidden city of Deep Imaskar in the Earthroot area of the Underdark.


Somewhere between 2480 and 1337 DR "The woman" and "the man," as Amora refers to them were born.


1372 DR Year of Wild Magic - Deep Imaskar ends millennia of isolation by sending explorers into the outside world.


Somewhere between 1372 and 1376 DR - "The woman" and "the man" were ambushed by a shadowslime. A shadowslime is a green ooze that mutates from prolonged presence near a shadow dragon. This mysterious quirk of environmental transformation resulted in Amora Kinraysapa being "born" into existence.


She consumed anything and anyone to satiate her endless hunger. Amora admits regret for not being able to stop herself, however, she understands that she was not in her right mind.


1376 DR - Roughly the end of 3E


Year 2022 Arriving Sinfar - She arrived on Roderick's ship and stumbled into the Verdant Vixen. Through sheer luck, she met Natalya Cisvaern, Irri Ruven, and Vincent Ryder. Together, all three assisted her with her amnesia. This was accomplished through divination and even a blood analysis. At last, a partial retelling of her past was pieced together.


Despite all of this, the "ooze lady" calling herself, Amora Kinraysapa, has accepted that she cannot change how she came to be, nor will she fully understand what happened.


Year - Return to Sinfar 2024


She reunited with Tabitha Bartan, Arytiss Whispermane, Natalya Cisvaern and Vincent Ryder.

Amora has befriended the large, older male orc, Khovuk Bludfeder.

Ever the social butterfly, she counts Mya, Elric Rein, Mebriewiel Cisvaern, Tia as her friends.
