Corpulent and opulent, Horace is the quintessential nouveau riche who recognizes that wealth equates to power. Rare metals and gems adorn his clothes, which are themselves custom-made in the freshest styles from the finest fabrics and furs. Regrettably, his garb utterly fails to conceal his rotund figure, those misfortunate buttons straining to hold back his bulbous gut. He's often seen grasping a bejeweled cane and a silk handkerchief, using the former to support his prodigious bulk and the latter to dab the sweat from his bald head.

  Married five times, his four ex-wives have previously described him as a boorish lout. In fact, even his progeny (both legitimate and not), other relatives, mistresses and "friends" agree that he's trash. Even at his best, his beliefs are arrogant, his personality is boisterous, his methods are high-handed and his tastes are decadent. However, his victims and co-conspirators might share a darker story, his hedonism having drawn him towards depravities so sinful that even he'd admit he's Hell-bound... That is, if it weren't for his affluence and pedigree, as consequences are only for peasants.
