Dressed like a salesman and built like a gladiator, Karthus is a fiend masquerading as a tiefling. To maintain his image as a friendly businessman, he keeps his inky hair slicked back with scented oils, his tailored outfits freshly ironed, and a sleazy smile on his lips. Unfortunately, the look is ruined by the tribal tattoos snaking their way across his muscular crimson body, the mismatching jewelry piercing his ears and spaded tail, plus the pocketed cigars and flask that are clearly visible through his clothes.

  These idiosyncrasies were born from his savage nature conflicting with his infernal profession. In a perfect world, he would still be tearing his way through some nameless battlefield, reveling in the chaotic fury of war. Instead, he's been relegated to recruitment in the Material Realm. And while he doesn't begrudge the work, the general peacefulness makes him agitated, which he tries to alleviate by indulging in as many vices as he's able.
