Trent is not a particularly nice man. Not in the standard, evil conquering warlord way, but in a more subtle fashion. A seasoned dockworker and occasional ferrysman who's seen a lot of the isles, he is, on the face of it, pleasant enough. His face is old, leather-aged, and well into it's 40s, yet not ugly. Simply well-weathered from hard work, warming in the way a father or uncle might be, with good posture giving him a strong appearance. He'll give most folk a half-smile ifthey catch his eye for too long, and looks like part of the furniture, often found with a crumbling cigarette and either beer or water.

Amongst his colleagues and friends, however, Trent has a reputation as a manipulator. Affable enough, he is nevertheless extremely self-centred, and often has two things on his mind - money, and women. A tight-fisted skinflint who's willing to borrow on one hand, and a an absolute rotter in the bedroom on the other, he's a nightmare for the various kind-spirited women who wash up on these shores.
