Artoria is the Saber-class Servant of what was called the Fifth Holy Grail War. She is a changed version of herself which became corrupted by another servant called Angra Mainyu.

Excalibur: She is the wielder of the holy sword Excalibur, but in this version of herself, the sword also changed it's appearance and power.

Artoria is a glutton, though she dislikes "fancy" food, and much rather eat what many would call "junk" food and because she's a Heroic Spirit, she doesn't get fat, any food simply becomes a source of Mana (the energy consumed by Heroic Spirits)
