Like most dwarves, Shahilda has a short stature and stocky build. Her body is more lean than average, with a slender waist and strong thighs.

Shahilda presents herself as an open book, both in terms of her demeanour and how she relates her past. She was born to wealth, the youngest daughter of the Silvershield Trading Company dynasty, and much like her siblings was expected to join the family business as she grew. Though, as a young girl, the nuances of trade didn't hold her interest.

Her choice to turn to thievery was motivated entirely out of boredom. Shahilda was rarely in need of more money, but the thrill of a heist and the rush from a close call couldn't be found anywhere else. Her family had suspicions about her nightly escapades, but they didn't feel to pry too closely, especially whenever a mysterious thief would happen to target their rivals.

She couldn't keep out of suspicion forever, though, and once the authorities began to suspect her, she negotiated a trip away with her family. They'd give her a loan and she would captain a trade ship under the Silvershield name. It'd keep her out of their hair and hopefully make some profit.

Of course, she just used the money to supply her thievery tools, and has since travelled the land stealing whatever catches her interest. As long as she sends some loot back she can plausibly claim to have earned legitimately, her family won't ask too many questions.
