A strange little creature, the self proclaimed 'Void Imp' certainly fits the description, though it carries no Baatezu or Tanar'ri scent.

It's hooded jacket appears to be a permanent feature, obscuring it's head, though the four glowing dots that appear to serve as eyes shine brightly from underneath the cowl. In the rare few instances the creature does lift its hood, its head appears to be smooth and practically featureless; except for the eyes.

Another odd trait is that the creature seems to freeze on occasion just before it's starts to glitch and stutter, rapidly vanishing and re-appearing on the spot for a few moments before continuing on as normal. As if reality doesn't quite have a full grasp on the creature.

Anyone who works with teleportation or time-related magic would feel slightly uncomfortable near the Void Imp.
