From a cursory glance, Dilana is a tall woman of Mulani heritage.  Her pale skin is covered in tattoos depicting arcane runes that those versed in the art would recognize to be spells from the school of necromancy.

She decorates herself in a macabre armor made of piecemail bone pieces and boiled leather made from cured human flesh.  A favorite outfit is a simple rust red robe with a skeletal corset, though she will at times sport other outfits made of similar macabre patchwork.

Those with a heightened sense of smell would notice a perpetual fog around her of sickly sweet decay, masked by exotic oils.  At times, the acrid aroma of embalming fluid would cling to her.  The stink of rot is sometimes heavy, especially when the weather is warm outside.

When disrobed, her body is a patchwork of pieces that she's stolen and grafted to herself.  Mismatched legs and arms form asymetrical "art".  Two people will rarely see the same Dilana, as she is constantly on the hunt for new pieces to profane and graft to her body.  On occasion, she is an absolute horror, and on others she will be a voluptuous goddess.  The only original pieces that remain constant are the Thayan's skeleton, and even that is missing the left arm.  

Her left arm is slightly longer than her right, and is stripped bare of the flesh.  The bone is discolored in comparison to the rest of the skeleton.  Decades prior, the youth had sought the low road to power in her quest to master her control of the dark arts, and had grafted the left arm of a lich to herself.  Unable to control the graft, it soon took over, and the personality that dwelled within became dominant over its host.
