It is not clear where it came from , it showed up one day on the West Dock of Durakiss, Arche Terre.
He hardly leaves Durakiss,unless he is forced to by Eternity .
He seems to have a close connection with it.
He spends his days in the Arcane District staring at the Elements at the corners of the District,saying nothing and hardly talking to anyone.
His purpose is not known, except to continue to stand by Eternity Ralien , although , he would appear not to be relationally occupied with it.
