Blues were a spell wielding variant of goblin, more skilled than any tribal shaman.
Blues are typically smaller than regular goblins, with distinctive blue-tinged skin.
Which is where the "smart normal" goblins came up with the name...  They will often refer to them as "Blueys", as an insult... But they don't seem to care what they are called...

Since most goblin tribes would readily kill Blueys just for being different, those blues that survived to adulthood tended to be paranoid and cunning as well as cruel.

Just because they were different, blues were typically poorly integrated into their tribes at best - at worst, a tribe would kill blues at birth. Where they lived, common goblins railed against them and leaders distrusted them, despite their usefulness. This generally meant a blue lived in a cave of their own, but since they were dependent on the tribe for their well-being and protection, they couldn't go too far. And invariably, those same goblins that reviled and distrusted Blueys, would sometimes call on them for aid when Big Ones came to wipe them out.  Most Blues would come to the tribes aid, cast powerful magics at the enemies... only to be driven back to their lonely existence...

In tribes that possessed more than one Blue, there would often be a secret "Blue Council" that actually controlled the entire tribe via a Puppet Chieftain. These are usually the goblins tribes that waylaid Big Ones vying to make a name for themselves...

(You know who you are..)  Random Tells or walkups that say "Nice tits, lets fuck"...  You want to erp?  you gotta EARN it, thru RP.  Don't try and tell me how to play my character, ever.  a lil metagaming in RP for flow is alright..  (I attempt to pick up the gobby and______) totally cool..  just dont assume i will automatically play along.

Yes, i mix around RP with 1st and 3rd person language... because i KNOW this is all pretend. i know im not my character, just like i know you arent yours.. (really a dumb defense imo) Guess what?  Actors and performers have been using 1st person dialogs.. for centuries and no one has ever walked away confused. No one...
