Purity of Form.  Her body slowly returns to its original shape and form, purging corrupting influences from it.  However, her body does remember the old forms both physical and mental.

Shapechange. Any corruption or forced transformation, her body remembers and she can recall it at any point with a bit of focus and spellcasting. (Spellcasting modifier is Wisdom and scales just like cleric spell casting)

This has the side-effect of also influencing her mind.  Mind control and mind altering effects that worked on her in the past are going to still work on her in the future.  It may even be easier to do by the same individuals. (-10 situational modifier to mind altering effects that she's succumbed to in the past.)
