Hailing from the Anauroch desert Kal'daka's pack was hunted to near extinction, those of his pack numbered  back to the Netherese empire upon finding several  ancient scrolls he learned  of a bloodline group in the far off island of Sinfar and thus journeyed to meet his lost kin.
