Hailing from a distant noble house deep in the Underdark, the drow woman named Virshalee carried herself with the grace and demeanor of one accustomed to wealth and luxury.  She had found her taste for the privileges a position of importance brought early in life, fascinated with the freedom it gave even (or perhaps especially) as it came at the expense of those beneath her.  Ever ambitious and uncaring for anyone and anything that had outlived it's usefulness, Vi's biggest strength amidst the cruel society of the drow was her restraint.  She knew when to hold her tongue when others would lash out in their temper.  She knew when to get her hands dirty, and when to yield and obey her superiors.

Virshalee spent decades carefully honing her skills and making her way higher in society in her bid for power, increasingly pleased with her rising status and life.  But now, Vi's latest task takes her away from it all, a personal challenge to test herself and familiarize herself with this painfully bright surface world...  To learn from it and experience it for herself, however that may come to affect the young drow...
