Moonvaris, or "Moon", is a very young acolyte of Boccob, the Greyspace God of Magic.  Her blue-tinged long hair and short pointed ears suggest a half moon-elf lineage from Cormyr, however.  She has heterochromia, with one blue and one green eye.  She is an absolute twig of a physique, and among the first things one might notice is her quietness.  Most of the time, if she does speak, it is only in whispers, but she otherwise uses hand gestures or translators to communicate.
