With deep set, dark green eyes, a chiseled jawline, and a well sculpted, regal visage, Jasper looks like a classic nobility if caught in the right light, and carries himself the same way....

.... yet there is something altogether wrong about the man that is truly hard to place....

Perhaps its hair, dark as a winter night, like a writers block of hard ink spilt out across a perfect tableau. Or maybe its the way that clever, mischievous smile of his never quite touches his cold eyes. It could easily be his rather mercurial demeanor as well, one moment all laughter, and the next nothing but a hard, dreadful stare that promises pain.

Jasper is from Darkmist, so that does say something about his family and upbringing, and he does come from very noble stock. An old family said to have been there from the beginning. But there are also those that whisper of the curiously distant past and the true history surrounding his family. He doesn't tend to frolic and go about courts the way  most nobles do either, instead being rather insular and spending more time with his sister and family. Or often wandering about among the gypsy camps doing gods knows what.

Still even if there is something a little off about the man, he is quite the looker, with features that appear carved from marble. Strong cheek bones, a cleft, well defined chin, and eyes like a mysterious, unexplored forest. His hair is always well styled and he is usually impeccably dressed for any occasion. In reality he could likely have any women he wanted... yet he seems to only have eyes for a few...

A curious fellow to be sure.... and that... strange feeling when in his presence just wont quite go away... almost as if there is something that primordially sends a shiver up the spine when close... the body naturally reacting to a perceived threat when none seems to be there...
