It is hard to pinpoint just what sort of fey Taliesin is, as the enigmatic creature has a tendency to change their appearance - though this change is mostly attributed to the different seasons:

In spring, Taliesin's appearance takes on a fresh and youthful quality. Their hair is a riot of different shades of green. Their eyes are bright and clear resembling the color of new leaves unfurling in the sun.
And like the first buds of spring, their dragonfly-like wings are pale, delicate, and green in color.

Once summer arrives, Taliesin's appearance takes on a fierce and fiery quality.
In resemblance with the heat of summer, Taliesin's hair becomes a mass of wild curls, streaked with red and gold that shimmers in the sunlight.  Their eyes becomes a deep, smoldering green, like the lush foliage of a forest meadow in midsummer.
Even their wings change in color, turning into a vibrant orange, much like the last rays of a setting sun.

In autumn, Taliesin's appearance shifts once more, taking on a warm and earthy quality. Like before, their  hair remains a mixture of red and gold, though now also with brown peeking through here and there. Their eyes changes into a rich, golden brown color, like the leaves that falls from trees to blanket the ground beneath.
Their wings also changes to emulate this, each of the four slim wings changing color into a rich, rusty red, mimicking the color of the changing leaves.

Eventually, as the season changes into winter, Taliesin's appearance changes into a cool and ethereal quality. Their hair now changing into a mass of pale blue and silver, just like the snow and ice that covers the land. Meanwhile, their eyes take on a deep, icy blue, resembling the color of frozen rivers and lakes.
Resembling a blanket of snow in color, Taliesin's wings also turns to a shimmering white, while remaining nearly translucent.

Where behavior is concerned, this too has a tendency to change with the seasons, yet Taliesin has a tendency to remain inhumanly bold and curious. This means they are often in places they shouldn't be in the first place, as their need for exploration and curiosity pulls them towards the unknown.
Other than that, they appear to be genuinely friendly, and if anyone were to shower the vain creature in flattery, they are most likely able to get on their good side, at least temporarily - and to a certain extent.
