Kebur is a 4-foot-tall, well-muscled, bearded man with a receding hairline, White hair with Black streaks, including a prominent one through his beard, and a distinguished, imposing manner. He usually dresses in a fine long coat embroidered with gold. He carries a scar over his left eye; on his left wrist is the mark of Mystra.
A powerful spell casters who counts himself amongst  Mystra?s Chosen.  He is often thought to be humourless and grave, Kebur is actually neither. He simply finds it easier to deal with people if they are intimidated by or even frightened of him. An Archmage of waterdeep how he ended up in Sinfar is a mystery to most. As an Archmage he rarely enters Melee combat, preferring to use his magical items, formidable array of spells, and his Chosen powers to deal with his foes...
