A hulking mass of earth that has been blackened through corruption, the elementals form has been twisted into something nightmarish in countenance. With a central mass that has been hollowed out and twisted into some manner of mockery of a ribcage. Much of its form has growths of blackened crystal, formed naturally into jagged spikes that seem only to further its daunting appearance. In stark contrast to the rest of its form, its head is oddly organic. Whether wood, bone, or some other other hardened material is impossible to say, though its gnarled mass gives an unsettling impression of seeing screaming faces across its surface. Only a singular, glowing crystal, serving as some manner of 'eye' gives any indication of what the elemental focuses on. Most notably, within its central mass appears a singular pale burning flame.

Despite a horrifying, otherworldly appearance, the elemental known as Dreadfracture acts much as any elemental does, holding a passing curiousity over the complex creatures that inhabit the chaotic spheres of the material planes. Though with it composed of negative energy, its entropic nature tends to be viewed as some manner of malicious intent. Still, despite its moniker, Dreadfracture tends to be benign, unless truly pressed.

A being of pure negative energy, it gains power from the negative plane, a fact found out much to the chagrin of those that tried besting it through the use of death magic.
