At a glance, it might be difficult to tell if Bart was a dwarf, or just a particularly short and stocky human.

While, in recent years, Bart has allowed a comfortable layer of flab to build up, the developed muscles of a life-time spent labouring and brawling still lurk underneath. His skin is tanned and weathered by the sun. Bart's nose sits crooked on his face, and has clearly been broken more than once.

The scent that surrounds part is typically a mix of sweat, ciggerettes, and cheap ale. Once every few days, though, this might be replaced by the scent of crude and cheap soap.
