A small, slender lizardfolk. Or perhaps kobold. Tiel lives up to their name, brightly colored scales are covered with rough leathers and simple tools. Hard, raptorial eyes peer at others from underneath a skull mask fashioned into an elaborate headdress.

Despite their small stature, there is something stern or imperial in this kobold's stare. Instinct with inhuman cunning, Tiel gives as good as they get. Their sharp voice rarely hisses out at others, as if comfortable being underestimated.
