Cleo is a 3000 year old demon in disguise. [-] Around her neck she wears a leather collar decorated with four rubies, several diamonds and a melodic, sapphire bell [-] In a back alley in Sinifer, all those years ago, the union of a feral male feline and his enamored pet, produced a litter of tiny black cats. The luckiest of all her siblings, Cleo survived with a bit of grit, ingenuity and obviously the kindness of strangers in the dangerous venue that is now the Sinifer slum. The beautiful black cat grew up as any other would, fighting at times for a scrap of food, or simply watching the goings on of the city when time allowed. Ever curious, she became strong, and bold, and wandered further beyond the limits of the filth and haze into the bustling center of the city. The confident young cat found herself at the steps of the library one day and followed the scent, and footfalls, of a tall, handsome creature; and the true path of Cleo was found. In the years that followed, she learned many things but most important of all she learned how to read, write and discovered that she had an aptitude for magic. She honed her talents in multiple schools of magic and an innate ability to transform her body. While fond of her feline appearance, she often relied on a elven physique with soft, furry black ears and tail - when it was acceptable; which often meant if it was safe for her to do so or not. Her studies took her far and wide, and eventually, back to the sinful city that she fondly remembered as her place of birth. And so the adventures of Cleo begin. Will she be on the hunt?
