Beltezar is an Altraloth, a malevolent and powerful entity renowned for his wickedness. Originally a Yugoloth, he underwent a transformative ritual performed by Night Hags, which shaped him into a unique being.

Beltezar embodies a twisted idealization of a man, possessing an imposing and captivating appearance. His strong physique and striking handsomeness draw attention, almost masking the darkness that resides within, although not for long.

Beneath his cold, piercing gaze of deep yellow eyes lies a calculating nature. Beltezar revels in his superiority over others and delights in manipulating those he deems inferior.

His aura exudes malevolence, and he wields his strength and dark powers to further his sinister agenda. His aura exudes malevolence, sending a chill through the air. Every step he takes emanates an ominous presence, a constant reminder of the darkness that permeates his very essence.
