They get to their full height, and by the end are even considered fully adults by the end. Then their hormones... stop for a decade or two.  Dwarves look at this time as a logical blessing. a time when you have the drive and ability of a new adult. A time to establish yourself in a chosen career and calling, to do great deeds!

After ten or twenty years though their hormones start doing their work again: The intensity can vary wildly, but this is the stage most dwarves will develop sexual urges, and their sexual characteristics can even develop more.

Noli was always a shy studious girl.
