In the depths of the Underdark, amidst a web of deceit and treachery, Shallana was born a commoner to House Vexaris a once proud lineage of drow. But their glory had faded over generations, as in-fighting eroded their power and resources. Dumped into the commoner nursery, she was raised within the strict hierarchy of military discipline, it was inevitable that Shallana would become a soldier.

Her training honed her natural talents for combat, molding her into an efficient killer. She excelled in the use of a spear and mounted combat, blending grace with deadly precision. For years she fought alongside other soldiers from House Vexaris.

However, fate had its own path for Shallana. Amidst one particularly intense battle against a rival drow house vying for dominance in the underworld shadows, she found herself gravely wounded during an ambush led by her closest comrade turned traitor. Left behind and presumed dead by her enemies and allies alike due to the chaos engulfing them all on that fateful night.

Forced into exile, Shallana became aware of a world beyond the oppressive darkness she had always known. Haunted by memories of betrayal yet fueled by defiance burning deep within her soul like an unquenchable blaze, Shallana journeyed towards lands unknown. With every step away from what used to be familiar territory came closer proximity to discovering herself anew.

And so it was written, in bloodied black ink upon pages unsullied by eras forgotten: Shallana emerged from darkness triumphant a drow soldier reborn with unyielding determination and an indomitable spirit destined to conquer where others had crumbled.
