 Personality:
Ami has a sort of an ever shifting personality from a cuddly, motherly caring woman to careless and inconsequential... going through bitchy and stoic and many others.

 Long story short, she is as prone to dot and pamper you like a real treasured beloved thing as she is to tremple, use and dispose as a broken old toy.

Tldr: Most like a cat she can go from nuzzles to bites and scratches real fast.

Aside from the usual variable amounts of piercings that can be see on her model, she also has a single small scar on the back of the right hand as if it was once pierced by a dagger/arrow. Long healed but still remaining on the shapeshifter hand. No other scars on her body.

 Someone with high spiritual accuity can sense the presence of another minor entity near her all the times. Spells that enable visage through the spirit realm would let one notice her being followed by a two tailed black cat spirit that is most of the time sleeping or curling/laying/floating anywhere near her.
