Having grown up in the dark corners and narrow alleyways of Sinifer City's slums, this elven former street urchin seems more at home among the bustling city streets than the beautiful woodlands of her ancestors. Those years have left her with a modest frame and slightly underfed appearance, but also with a penchant for mischief that the travails of her upbringing have utterly failed to extinguish.

Often wearing her hair in a long ponytail, those chestnut brown tresses would also stretch down to frame a pretty elven face. Painted red lips often flicker in a mischievous smirk, a silent promise of the antics that lie beneath the surface. Her skin, though smooth, is slightly pallid from a life spent beneath the shadows of city buildings, and though she heals remarkably quickly she's rarely seen without a few grazes or scratches sustained scurrying through windows and over the rooftops of her slumland home. Her slender limbs and delicate fingers bear the telltale signs of a life spent climbing, sneaking, and evading. Or, more recently, of exploring people's pockets... and other dark places. Lithe of frame, the elf's breasts are on the smaller side by Sinfarian standards, though still a perky, pleasant handful. Slender hips curve out to a firm, round rear of modest size but delightfully toned, suggestive of the active lifestyle she leads.

Charsie is often seen in mismatched, ill-fitting outfits, cobbled together from pieces she's found or pilfered. The fabric is often patched and worn, giving even her better-fitting garments a haphazard, eccentric character to match her own.
