A visiting elven diplomat who clearly doesn't take her job too seriously, she's just happy to get to take some time away from husband and home to relax in the City of sin. She seems appropriately snooty for an elf to those she deems deserving. Sometimes she claims to be a powerful magic user, either for bragging rights or intimidation, but her natural magic is actually quite thin. This doesn't stop her from time to time trying to rely on it in situations way beyond her capacity. She also tends to have a gambling problem, mostly a problem of losing, either because of just bad luck, a lack of skill, or the inability to detect when she's being cheated.
