Small in stature, [5'2"] slender though suprisingly strong, with large biceps which she seems to make an effort to conceal. She has intensly dark eyes accompanying dark, lustrous long hair.
A very junior officer from a failed diplomatic mission she tries to blend in by copying the habits of the locals that she sees. A wry sense of humour assists in her struggles to master languages and customs not her own.
Rose is usually quiet & polite, though prone to occasional bouts of uncomfortably luridly lewd imaginings which usually make her giggle at their improbability.
She wields an improbably large double handed sword.
