Small in stature, [5'2"] slender though suprisingly strong. She has intensly dark eyes accompanying dark, lustrous long hair.
A very junior officer from a failed diplomatic mission she tries to blend in by copying the habits of the locals that she sees. A wry sense of humour assists in her struggles to master languages and customs not her own.
Rose is usually quiet & polite, though prone to occasional bouts of uncomfortably luridly lewd imaginings, after once being advised as a cure to  nervousness to imagine people as naked, now, this usually just makes her giggle and does nothing to help with the nervousness.
She wields an improbably large double handed sword.
