Subject is primarily a petty thief who picks targets opportunistically. Rarely uses violence. On occasion, has been known to kidnap and molest victims, although even then, use of outright force is reportedly minimal.

Subject has proven frustratingly difficult to capture, and even more difficult to hold long-term. If apprehended, apply maximum restraints and total immobilization if possible. Subject is skilled at confusing and manipulating captors, so gagging her is strongly recommended. Even then, be sure to keep constant watch on her: she's proven capable of escaping even extreme restraints if left to unsupervised for long enough.

She reportedly has a weakness for beautiful women, but has been known to prey on all kinds.
