A tall and broad-shouldered man with a wide grin nad messy short hair with a shock of white disturbing it in the front, Keisaku might strike an odd figure to some. Wearing a long robe-like ensemble consisting of a black kosode and hakama (small-sleeve top similiar to a kimono, and trousers), a white himo (teis/belt) and a red thigh-length haori (jacket) over the getup, under all of which he wears a white shitagi undershirt.

Much of the time some of the man's well-defined chest is on display, along with the tattooes he bears across it, most of which are a variety of kanji or artistic representations of various animals.

At his back rather than at his side he keeps sheathed a well-cared for katana which he rarely draws, even in combat as he seems to overall prefer to utilize spells drawn from his own spiritual power.

The man's voice has a carefree and occasionally dismissive tone to it that speaks to his laid-back though often uninterested personality.
